How to access cPanel from the IT Cadre Client Area
cPanel is the web-based control panel used to manage your IT Cadre hosting account. From cPanel you can manage files, emails, databases, subdomains, SSL certificates, and backups. This guide shows you exactly how to reach cPanel from your WHMCS client area.
1 Prerequisites
- You must have an active hosting plan on IT Cadre.
- Your IT Cadre account login email and password are required.
- Your hosting service must not be suspended or expired.
2 Step-by-Step Instructions
-
1Login to the IT Cadre Client Area
Go to my.itcadre.net and sign in with your registered email and password.
-
2Go to Services
From the top navigation, click Services in the WHMCS client area menu.
-
3Click My Services
You will see a list of all active and inactive services under your account.
-
4Select your active hosting package
Click on the hosting package name to open its management page. Ensure the status shows Active.
-
5Click Login to cPanel
On the service details page, find the Login to cPanel button. Click it — cPanel will open automatically in a new tab without needing a separate password.
-
6You're inside cPanel
From cPanel you can now manage files, emails, databases, domains, SSL certificates, backups, and much more.
Make sure your hosting service is active and not suspended. If the service has expired, you will need to renew it before cPanel access is restored.
Never share your cPanel login details with anyone. IT Cadre support will never ask for your cPanel password.
Alternatively — Direct cPanel URL
You can also access cPanel directly using this URL format (replace yourdomain.com with your actual domain):
